Wal-Mart's New Coupon Policy = Success!



So, I tried out the new coupon policy at Wal-Mart today and it worked!  I paid just $2.88 out of pocket for everything in the picture!  I had $8.97 in overage from my coupons that were applied to my total. My hubby loves the Great Value chips and now I can finally get those FREE too!  Here's a breakdown:

2 - Gain Dryer Sheets $1.87
Used 2 - $3/1 coupon Redplum 2/13
Overage = $2.26

3 - Purex 3-n-1 trial size .97 each ($2.91)
Used 3 - $3/1 coupon Redplum 2/20
Overage = $6.09

2 - Tide trial size .97 ($1.94)
Used 2- $1/1 coupon P&G Facebook booklet
Overage = .06

2 - Secret deodorant trial size .97 ($1.94)
Used 2 - $1/1 coupon P&G Facebook booklet
Overage = .06

Yoplait .50
Used Free coupon
Overage = 0
TOTAL OVERAGE:  $8.47 (I could have gotten cash back, but I used the overage to purchase the items below)

2 - KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce $1.83 ($3.66)
Used 2 - .50/1 printable coupon
Price = $2.66

2 - Hunts Spaghetti Sauce .98 ($1.96)
Used 2 - .45/1 printable coupon
Price = $1.06

Sunny Delight $1.12
Used .25 coupon Smartsource 1/16
Price = .87

Whiskas cat food $3.97
Used $1.50/1 coupon Redplum 2/20
Price = $2.47

2 - Great Value Chips $1.98 ($3.96)
Price = $3.96

Total:  $11.02 - $8.47 overage = $2.55 + .33 tax = $2.88
