Easy Pumpkin Muffins!
Two ingredients is all you need to make these yummy pumpkin muffins! So easy! A yellow cake mix and a can of pumpkin, that's it. Just mix the pumpkin and the cake mix together. No oil, no water, no eggs. Spoon the batter into cupcake papers in a muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I topped my muffins with some cream cheese frosting.....oh so good! I love the simplicity of this recipe. And the warm pumpkin aroma that filled the kitchen was an added bonus.I found this recipe linked to Sweet Verbana, a wonderful blog with lots of recipes and tutorials. Homemade Natural Deodorant!
Remember how excited I was about the homemade mayo? Well, check out this recipe for homemade deodorant! You can make your own Homemade Natural Deodorant with just 3 household ingredients. This is soooo easy and it works! (and it's just so darn neat that you can make your own!)
Homemade Natural Deodorant
5-6 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
Combine baking soda and cornstarch. Slowly add coconut oil. Mix until desired consistency is obtained. This recipe makes enough to last about 6 months.
I actually cut the ingredient amounts in half so that it would fit in a plastic babyfood container. Just use your fingers to apply or you could get fancy and use some type of applicator. Just rub what's left on your fingers into your hands like lotion. I guess you could try to stuff it into an old deodorant container, but that sounds a bit too challenging for me! Kinda nice knowing that the stuff I'm putting under my arms is completely safe and natural and it works! Maybe you would like to use something "all-natural", but just don't have the time to make it yourself - well, I can help!
